2011 Toyota Matrix

With the Chicago Auto Show set to start in just a few hours, makers have already started to reveal details on their models on display at the show. And Toyota seems to be the first one. The company has just release details on the 2011 Matrix, a model that comes with new standard wheels, interior design features, the Toyota Care complimentary maintenance plan, and standard Smart Stop Technology.
For 2011 the new Matrix gets all-new front and rear bumpers, front and rear underbody spoilers and a large mesh front fog lamp bezel. The interior gets an Optitron instrument-panel gauge, new seat fabrics and improved center console.
For 2011, Matrix will be offered in two grades: base Matrix and the sporty S grade, one powered by a 1.8-liter DOHC four-cylinder engine and the other one by a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine. The two engines will be mated to either a a five-speed manual transmission or a four-speed

2011 Toyota Corolla

Toyota will unveil the 2011 Corolla at the Los Angeles Auto Show. This new model gets new front and rear exterior styling, new interior design changes, Toyota Care complimentary maintenance plan, standard Smart Stop Technology, and two new colors. The 2011 Corolla will go on sale in December.
For the exterior Toyota has added a redesigned front bumper, radiator grille, front lower grille, headlamps, trunk lid, rear license garnish, rear combination lamp, rear bumper, and reflex reflector. The S model gets a new front spoiler, rocker moldings, and upper and lower rear spoilers. The interior gets a new instrument panel, a newly designed steering wheel and new seat color and pattern.

The Toyota Avalon has been a staple of the Japanee automaker’s commitment to quality and comfort ever since it was introduced back in 1994 and has been refreshed for the 2011 model year making its debut at the 2010 Chicago Auto Show. The face lifted four door features new exterior styling and a few new interior amenities rich with premium materials and practical new technologies. Toyota’s most impressive debut at the Geneva Motor Show was obviously the FT-86 II Concept, but the Japanese automaker came to Switzerland with other impressive concepts as well, including the Yaris HSD concept. This HSD concept previews a production version set to be revealed in 2012.
In the official press release Toyota said: "Making its world debut at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show, the Yaris HSD concept anticipates Toyota’s intention to bring full hybrid technology to the B segment, the biggest volume segment in Europe. This represents the next step in Toyota’s full hybrid roll-out strategy in Europe. Incorporating several hybrid-specific styling cues, the Yaris HSD concept introduces a new, forward-looking design execution."
